Consultancies sell senior judgement and deliver junior capacity. We removed the layer where that substitution happens.
The same engagement fails the same way: an architect scopes the work, a delivery team that never met the client builds it, and the gap between the two is where the budget goes. northitech exists to take that gap out, not to manage it better.
The firm is small on purpose. The two founders are the team on every engagement. There is no bench: nobody is substituted, and nobody is billed who is not on the calls. If a piece of work needs more hands than two, we say so on the first call rather than staff around it.
We build in your repositories and your cloud accounts from the first day. At exit you hold the code, the credentials, the runbooks and a written review of what worked and what did not, whether or not we are re-engaged.
How we work, in six lines
